We invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that advance knowledge in business and management. All submissions are subject to rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer review.
Before submitting, please read our Author Guidelines and ensure your manuscript complies with IJBM’s formatting and ethical standards.
How to Submit
All manuscripts must be submitted through one of the following official channels:

Option 2: Email your manuscript (in Microsoft Word format) to: ijbm@ccsenet.org
Please include “Manuscript Submission” in the subject line and provide full author details.
Important: Submissions will only be processed if they meet all requirements listed below.
Pre-Submission Checklist
Authors must confirm that their submission satisfies the following criteria:
- ☑ The manuscript is original, has not been published, and is not under review elsewhere.
- ☑ The file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- ☑ The text follows IJBM's stylistic and bibliographic requirements (see Author Guidelines).
- ☑ All references with DOIs include persistent links or DOI numbers.
- ☑ A Conflict of Interest statement is included (e.g., “The authors declare no conflict of interest”).
- ☑ For empirical studies: Ethical approval and informed consent statements are provided where applicable.
- ☑ All authors have approved the final version and agree to its submission.
All submissions are screened for plagiarism using iThenticate. Manuscripts with excessive similarity may be rejected without review.
Peer Review Process (Summary)
IJBM employs a peer review process to ensure impartiality and academic rigor:
- Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent experts in the field.
- The average time to first decision is 4–10 weeks.
- Final decisions include: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
- Upon acceptance, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD $300.
- This fee supports open-access publishing, including copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and long-term digital archiving.
No submission fees are charged at any stage. Full APC policy and invoice procedures are available in our Open Access & APC Policy.
Publication Ethics
IJBM adheres to the highest standards of research integrity and is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors must comply with policies on:
- Originality and plagiarism
- Authorship integrity
- Data authenticity
- Dual submission prohibition
Suspected misconduct will be investigated per COPE guidelines.
