IJBM, published by the Canadian Center of Science and Education (CCSE) since 2006, is expanding its reviewer pool. We invite scholars holding a PhD in a business and management discipline, with peer-reviewed publications and a current academic affiliation, to join our team.

About the Journal

IJBM is a double-anonymized, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published since 2006. The editorial board comprises 96+ scholars from over 40 countries. All submissions are screened with iThenticate, and the journal's ethics framework is aligned with the COPE Code of Conduct.

Scope: Strategic management and governance; organizational behavior and HRM; innovation, digital transformation, and marketing; corporate sustainability, CSR, and ESG; operations, supply chain, and international business.

Reviewer Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough double-anonymized reviews of assigned manuscripts within 3–4 weeks
  • Provide constructive, evidence-based feedback with specific recommendations
  • Assess manuscripts for originality, methodological soundness, and ethical compliance
  • Maintain strict confidentiality — manuscripts must not be shared with third parties or uploaded to generative AI tools or external platforms
  • Declare any conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment
