Abstract
In response to problems such as deviated objectives and weak interaction in the training of aviation maintenance talents, this study deeply integrates the OBE concept with the BOPPPS teaching model, constructs a teaching framework of “demand-oriented, reverse design, closed-loop evaluation” and conducts practice. The results show that the framework can significantly improve the accuracy of instructional design and classroom interactivity, and is highly effective in improving learning outcomes, enhancing the ability to connect theory with practice and professional qualities, providing new ideas for the teaching reform of professional basic courses in military academies and training institutions.
