Asian Social Science is an international, peer-reviewed journal focusing on contemporary social issues in Asia. The journal welcomes empirical and comparative research on social inequality, population dynamics, education, public health, social policy, urbanization, environmental sustainability, digital governance, and cultural identity, with particular emphasis on East Asia, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. Submissions outside the social sciences or without a clear Asian focus will not be considered.
