International Education Studies

International Education Studies (IES) is a peer-reviewed journal, published by Canadian Center of Science and Education. Authors are encouraged to submit complete unpublished and original works, which are not under review in any other journals. The scopes of the journal include, but not limited to, the following topic areas: education, training and educational administration. The journal is published in both printed and online versions. Publication Fees Adjustment Notice (Effective January 1, 2012)

  

Due to unfavorable USD exchange rate and increasing operation costs, the publication fee of International Education Studies will be adjusted from $300.00 USD to $400.00 USD per article, effective from January 1, 2012.

For manuscripts submitted before January 1, 2012, but amounts unpaid before February 29, 2012, new rate will be applied.

International Education Studies (IES) is bimonthly, published in February, April, June, August, October, December by Canadian Center of Science and Education.

Submission of papers for publications consideration are welcome at all times.

Paper Selection and Publication Process

  

a) Upon receipt of paper submission, the Editor sends an E-mail of confirmation to the corresponding author within 1-3 working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, your submission/email may be missed. (All submissions will be checked by iThenticate)

b) Peer review. We use double-blind system for peer-review; both reviewers and authors’ identities remain anonymous. The paper will be peer-reviewed by three experts; one is an editorial staff and the other two are external reviewers. The review process may take 1-2 weeks.

c)  Notification of the result of review by E-mail.

d)  The authors revise paper according to Paper Submission Guide, and pay publication fee.

e)  After publication, the corresponding author will receive two copies of printed journals, free of charge. If you want to keep more copies, please contact with the editor before making an order.

f)  E-journal in PDF available on the journal’s webpage, free of charge for download.
