Earth Science Research (ESR) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal. ESR is published by the Canadian Center of Science and Education in both print and online versions. ESR is striving to provide the best platform for researchers and scholars worldwide to exchange their latest findings. Authors are encouraged to submit complete, unpublished, original works that are not under review in any other journals.

The scopes of the journal include, but are not limited to, the following topics:

  • Geology:mineralogy and petrology, geochemistry, paleontology, stratigraphy, tectonics, sedimentology, volcanology, glaciology, ore geology, geothermal energy, environmental geology, geological hazards
  • Physical Geography: geomorphology, remote sensing, soil study, hydrology and biogeography
  • Engineering Geology: earthquake engineering and seismology engineering, geological engineering, geotechnics
  • Geophysics and Geodesy: seismology, seismic prospecting, geodynamics, GPS measurements applied to geological and geophysical problems
  • Atmospheric Sciences: meteorology, climatology, atmospheric chemistry and atmospheric physics
