Article Processing Charge (Formatting and Hosting) Adjustment Notice (Effective June 1, 2019)

Effective June 1, 2019, the Article Processing Charge (formatting and hosting) will increase from 300.00USD to 400.00USD. Manuscripts submitted on or after this date will be charged the new rate of 400.00USD per article.
Manuscripts submitted before June 1, 2019 can take advantage of the old rate (300.00USD) if paid on or before June 15, 2019. All manuscripts unpaid after June 15, 2019 will be charged the new rate of 400.00USD.
